SoHo Lofts: Urban attractions within walking distance
For buyers who are searching for an affordable place to live in the heart of the city, SoHo lofts might be the answer, the marketing team said.
Situated on Eighth Street between May and Central streets in the historic Garment District downtown, SoHo Lofts is the latest addition to an upscale portfolio of condominium projects developed by Master Realty Properties. Each unit features large, factory windows, exposed brick, heavy timber ceilings and what the marketing team described as outstanding views of the downtown skyline, in addition to urban views down Eighth Street and north toward the river.
According to the marketing team, the units are sold "designer-ready," and buyers are given the option to work with Scott Higgins of MLB Designs to select custom finishes and other upgrades. CMJ Enterprises, Master Realty Property's builder, will construct a loft to fit whatever level of finish the buyer chooses.
Priced from $99,000 to $200,000, these one-of-a-kind lofts are some of the most affordable in the city, the marketing team said. Moreover, buyers here have the advantage of having their upgrades or personal customization completed and financed into the sales price before closing, in addition to a nine-year tax abatement.
The high-end offerings here are further enhanced by an amenities package that includes a secured entry and secured parking in the attached garage, modern clubroom and large fitness facility with a yoga studio and tanning bed.
"We're very excited to be putting the finishing touches on our rooftop deck," Reilly said. "From the rooftop deck you get an awesome view of the river, the downtown airport and the River Market. Because of this, and with prices starting at only $99,000, sales activity has been great."
