Pets: All these apartments are pet friendly! We charge a $150 nonrefundable pet fee and a $200 refundable pet deposit per pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per dog. There is no additional pet rent for cats.
Utility Fees: Base rents listed above do not include utility fees. Electricity fees are based on monthly usage and paid by the tenant to Evergy. There is a water service fee of $30/month for studio/one bedrooms and $50/month for two bedrooms.
Standard Security Deposit: $700 (refundable subject to lease terms and conditions)
Other fees: $200 administration fee, $50 application fee, Board of Trade Lofts has a $20/monthly fee for trash valet.
Parking: Garage and off-street parking are available for an additional monthly fee. Monthly parking fees range from $85 to $110 per month depending on location.
